How It Works

We know saying goodbye is never easy. Our process is designed to be simple and compassionate so you can focus on what matters.

  • No appointment required — bring your pet in any day we're open
  • Fill out the Cremation Request form ahead of time or when you arrive
  • Our team confirms the type, pricing, and any add-ons with you
  • Typical turnaround is approximately two weeks from drop-off
  • We'll call you when your pet's ashes are ready for pickup

Choose What's Right for You

All cremations include receiving your pet's remains. The difference is in how those remains are returned to you.

Individual Cremation

Your pet is cremated alone. Ashes are returned in a custom wooden cremation box with an engraved nameplate on top.

Communal Cremation

Your pet is cremated alongside other pets. Ashes are returned without a box. A wooden box and/or paw print add-ons can be added for a keepsake.

Pricing is based on your pet's weight. All prices include ash return.

Request a Cremation

Filling out the request form ahead of time helps us be ready for you when you arrive. You can also fill it out in person. We'll follow up within 1-2 business days to confirm details and arrange a drop-off time.
