Information & Qualifications
Please complete the following application form if you are interested in completing your Court Appointed Community Service at the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
This form is for COURT-APPOINTED community service ONLY. This is not for Community Service required by school or for any Honor's programs. For community service that is not court-appointed, please view our general volunteer page. View general volunteer page.
- We do not allow defendants with aggravated offenses, defendants who are required to register as a sex offender, or defendants with offenses against animals.
- Community Service Participants must be at least 16 years old.
- Community Service Participants under the age of 18 MUST have parental or legal guardian consent.
